Architectural Review Board
When an owner wishes to make changes within a unit, some changes, but not all, must undergo a review and approval process before work can begin. The review and approval process begins with the Architectural Review Board (ARB). The ARB was created to address safety concerns and other issues that arise during remodeling projects. If in doubt, submit an application. Please be aware, depending on the size and scope of  the project(s) involved, the review process may take up to 30 days.
The provision for ARB’s project oversight and approval authority stems from policies approved by the Board of Directors based on safety requirements and past experiences. There may be projects that do not appear on these lists. Projects that affect the exterior appearance of the units, affect the Common Elements, or involve risk of damage, loss of value, or nuisance may be halted at the discretion of the Board of Directors. The policies are in alignment with the condominium Declarations, By-Laws and House Rules.
